What is Voice OTP?
Voice OTP delivers a one-time password through an automated phone call. Our system calls your customer and reads a short code that they enter to confirm their identity.
Who generates the code?
You do. Your system creates the 4 to 6 digit code and sends it to our API. We read it out and never store the code itself, only a fingerprint used by the optional verify step.
How do we integrate?
Through a REST API with Bearer API keys. Send the recipient and the code, then follow the call status by API or webhook. Our team supports your developers during integration.
When are we charged?
Live calls are charged only when the call is answered. Test keys never place a real call and are never billed.
How does a proof of concept work?
Request a POC with your use case and expected volume. We agree the scope, and your developers build against free test keys, then try live calls on your own customer journey before going live.
Can we also send OTPs by SMS?
Yes. Voice OTP works alongside our bulk SMS service, so you can offer customers both channels.

Yes. Voice OTP normally runs on our own infrastructure, and an on-premise option is available if you need it in-house.
How do we get an account?
Accounts are by invitation. Request a POC below. Once we approve your request, we send you a link to create your account and verify your email. We then assign your outbound number and add trial credit. Until your number is assigned, you can make test calls.
